Zhonghua shipyard signed with the owner the shipbuilding contract in 1995 and the first contract is total 4 vessels and then they signed total 16 vessels till november 1999 and the marine classification society is dnv for the first 10 vessels and bv for the subsequent 中华造船厂于1995年同船东签订造船合同，首合同为4艘船，直到1999年11月为止。此项目共与船东签约16艘船，此项目的前10条船为dnv船级社标准，其余的船为bv船级社标准。
